Round Yard Backing Gate

Fabricated from NZ made galvanized pipe these gates have proven the test of time. They come with three drive options and in a wash-down option.

Pipework is notched (not squashed) to maintain joint strength

Retangle Yard Backing Gate

Electric Hydraulic powered these gates are designed to avoid problems associated with tradition highlift gates such as crabbing and hoisting issues. The centre frame is constructed from galvanized pipe in a spaceframe design that maximises strength but minimises weight. The end frames are hot dipped galvanised with the oil tank and pump bult in. Hoisting is simple using two-way hydraulic rams.

Overhead Electric Gate - OEG

Round Yard and Rectangle Yard

Constructed from galvanized RHS and electrically driven these units are robust, reliable and low maintenance. The come with either a belt drive or chain drive system and have either nylon or urethane wheels to avoid wear and tear on the yard rail.

Structual Steel

Our RHS all-steel structures are ideal for dairy shed builds but have also been used in other commercial build project. They offer no openings for birds or vermin and have clean attractive lines. They are specifically site designed to your requirements and can be fully galvanised or sand-blasting and paint finish options are available.

Vet Platform

Mobile

Light and manoeuvrable these are manufactured from galvanized steel and feature a reinforce fibre-glass non slip deck. They come in 2 wheel or four-wheel steer and can be customised to include detachable steps, can holders or any other feature to make the job easier.

Built-in

The must have in new dairy sheds these can be added to existing rotaries. Folding down from a raised area these are lightweight and strong. They provide a bridge from the drugs cupboard across a clean dry area to the business end of the cow. Sprung loaded they are easily retracted after washdown and lock back out of the way until next time.

Zig Zag Rails

Built in house these are constructed from quality NZ steel and made to suit the specific spacing of your milking points. Typically made from 40Nb pipe we can also manufacture these in 25, 32 & 50.
